What saq does
saq (start all quests) begins every quest in the game simultaneously. It exists for developer testing.
Warning
Starting everything at once leaves quests and world state in conflict and can corrupt a normal playthrough — only run it on a throwaway save. To start a single quest properly, use startquest with that quest's ID instead.
