setstage Command
Quest
This command shifts the quest in your log to the specified quest stage. It's a recommended solution for navigating around bugged portions of quests instead of resorting to completely finishing the quest prematurely.
setstage [Quest ID] [Quest State Number]
Remove brackets [ ] from the command.
