caqs
This command completes all stages of every quest, including those not yet accepted by you. Essentially, it finishes all quests in the game, achieving a full completion without actually ending the game.

What caqs does
caqs (complete all quest stages) runs through and completes every stage of every quest in the game, including ones never meant to fire together. It was built for developer testing.
Warning
This will leave your save in a broken, inconsistent state — quests will conflict, dialogue and world state will be wrong, and there is no clean way to undo it. Only use it on a throwaway save. To finish a single quest cleanly, use completequest or completeallobjectives with that quest's ID instead.
