In-depth description
What CompleteAllObjectives does
CompleteAllObjectives takes a quest ID and ticks off all of that quest's objectives, in the form CompleteAllObjectives <questID>. Unlike caqs, which hits every quest in the game, this targets just the one you name, so it is far safer for nudging a single stuck quest along. Find the quest ID on its quest page, then run the command in the console.
