The warrens of the Divide have taught you to keep your head down. Your movement speed is greatly increased while sneaking in light armor, or when wearing no armor at all.

• 25% increased moving speed while sneaking in light or no armor.

Your character must meet every line below to pick this perk in game. The player.addperk command ignores all of them.
