The Mount Charleston Snow Globe is one of the seven limited edition Snow Globes that you can collect in Fallout: New Vegas. It represents a popular location in the Mojave Wasteland, Mount Charleston.
When acquired, this snow globe depicts an idyllic scene of Mount Charleston, with snowy hills and pine trees, indicative of the location's higher altitude and cooler climate compared to majority of the Mojave Wasteland.
As with all snow globes in Fallout: New Vegas, once found it is automatically turned into 2000 caps and a Lucky 38 VIP Keycard. It is then placed on a display shelf in the Lucky 38 presidential suite. You can find the Mt. Charleston snow globe inside the Jacobstown lodge, specifically on the reception desk in the lobby.
