Put the Beast Down Quest ID

1. Gain access to the Casino electrical closet and restore power to the rest of the Sierra Madre.
2. Retrieve the Emergency Door key to the Cantina Madrid kitchen.
3. Access the Cantina Madrid kitchen via the Emergency Door in the Casino.
4. Repair the three broken gas valves in the kitchen without being spotted by Dog.
5. Confront Dog and convince him to back down - one way or another.
6. Kill Dog.
7. Get out of the kitchen before Dog's collar detonates - and detonates yours, in turn.

Some stages advance silently and write nothing to the Pip-Boy. Their numbers still work with setstage.
