6. Defeat the Powder Gangers.
7. Return to Ringo and let him know that Sunny Smiles has agreed to help you fight the Powder Gangers.
8. Offer to help Ringo deal with the Powder Gangers.
9. (Optional) Acquire additional medical supplies from Doc Mitchell.
10. Join up with Sunny.
