Boulder City Showdown Quest ID

1. Meet with Jessup, leader of the Great Khans in Boulder City.
2. Negotiate for the release of the NCR hostages.
3. Free the NCR troopers being held hostage by the Great Khans.
4. Help the Great Khans kill all the NCR troops in the Boulder City ruins.
5. Help the NCR kill all the Great Khans holed up in the Boulder City ruins.
6. Speak with Lieutenant Monroe.
7. (Optional) Bribe the NCR troopers into letting the Great Khans escape.
8. Return to Lieutenant Monroe and inform him that you've worked out a deal with the Great Khans.
9. Tell Jessup the Great Khans are free to go.

Some stages advance silently and write nothing to the Pip-Boy. Their numbers still work with setstage.
