Vigilant Recycler Perk

Waste not, want not. When you use Energy Weapons, you are more likely to recover drained ammunition. You also have more efficient recycling recipes available at the wasteland's workbenches.

• Recover drained ammunition twice as often for energy weapons and all recipes for recycling recipes are unlocked.

Your character must meet every line below to pick this perk in game. The player.addperk command ignores all of them.
