Four Eyes Trait

While wearing any type of glasses, you have +1 PER. Without glasses, you have -1 PER.

• +2 Perception while wearing any glasses, a net +1 over your base
• -1 Perception without glasses
• Perk requirements always use the -1 value, because level-up treats you as unequipped

Your character must meet every line below to pick this trait in game. The player.addperk command ignores all of them.
