With the Comprehension perk, you gain double the bonus from reading magazines and one additional point from skill books.
Effects
- You gain one additional skill point for reading books and double the skill points for reading magazines.
Requirements
Your character must meet every line below to pick this perk in game. The player.addperk command ignores all of them.
