In-depth description
What SetRestrained 1 does
SetRestrained 1 keeps the selected actor stationary: it holds its position instead of moving or following its AI packages, though it can still turn and talk. It is handy for posing an NPC or stopping a companion from wandering. Select the actor in the console, type SetRestrained 1, and press Enter. Run SetRestrained 0 to let it move again.
