About
Caesar — born Edward Sallow — is the founder and absolute ruler of Caesar's Legion, the slaving army massing east of the Colorado River. A former Followers of the Apocalypse scholar, he models his empire on ancient Rome and intends to crush the NCR and take Hoover Dam. The Courier meets him at his camp, the Fort, on Fortification Hill. His base ID is 00121FEF; the unique Caesar placed at the Fort carries the reference ID 00121FF0, which you can target with prid, moveto, kill or resurrect.
