Faction
This command sets the allied status between two factions. The variable indicates the relationship of one faction to the other: 0 is friend, while 1 is ally.

Here is an example of how to use setally.
This command will set the Boomers' allied status for the Brotherhood of Steel to allies, and the Brotherhood of Steel's allied status for the Boomers to friends.
