This command makes power armor wearable. If you can already wear power armor use the command setpccanusepowerarmor 0 to amke it unwearable.

What setpccanusepowerarmor 1 does
Normally you must complete Power Armor Training before you can equip power armor. setpccanusepowerarmor 1 removes that requirement, letting you wear it straight away. Open the console, type setpccanusepowerarmor 1, and press Enter. (Using 0 instead would take the ability away again.)
