Player
This command increase your level by one, but will not add any corresponding Experience Points. You will not level up again until you have made up all the points for the levels gained by this command and the experience required for the next level.

In-depth description
What player.advlevel does
player.advlevel forces the player up one character level. Note that it bumps the level number only — it does not hand out the skill points or perk selection that a normal level-up gives. Open the console, type player.advlevel, and press Enter; repeat to gain several levels.
