killall
This command kills all nearby non-invincible NPCs. Use this with caution, you may kill NPCs that you cannot directly see, but are essential to some quests. This command also affects companions, who will be rendered unconscious in Casual mode, but killed in Hardcore mode.

Kills all non-essential actors currently loaded around you.
In-depth description
What killall does
killall kills every actor in the currently loaded area that is not flagged as essential. It is a fast way to clear a hostile location, but it does not discriminate — nearby vendors, companions, and quest NPCs can be caught in it.
How to use it
Open the console with ~, type killall, and press Enter. Essential characters collapse rather than die. To target a single actor instead, select it and use kill.
